Products must be clean and wearable. We inspect each product carefully to guarantee quality, authenticity and condition. Each product is categorized as Brand New, Pristine, Excellent, Great, Good or Fair.
Brand New
Products have never been worn/used before and come with tags, box and dust bag.
Pristine
Products show no signs of being worn and include tags, box and dust bag.
Excellent
Products are clearly unused, but tags are not attached and boxes or dust bags are not included.
Great
Products show minor signs of wear. Shoes may show wear such as light scuffing at the soles, insoles and heels. Handbags and accessories may show wear such as lightly worn corners, light scratches and interior wear.
Good
Products show moderate signs of wear. Shoes may show wear such as moderate scuffing at the soles, insoles and heels. Handbags and accessories may show wear such as worn corners, moderate scratches and interior wear.
Fair
Products show signs of heavy wear such as worn corners, significant scratches or interior wear.
*Many of our products come with original tags, boxes, dust bags and authenticity cards. When these are available, they will be mentioned in the item description.

Please make any call outs regarding an item within 3 business days of receiving your item. We cannot honor any call outs after the 3rd business day.
For purses and bags, you may purchase an authentication certificate from our trusted partner, Entrupy. Note that we currently only offer this service for handbags.

If your order is not a bag or the brand/model is not supported for authentication by Entrupy, and you believe your item to be inauthentic, please have a third party authentication service provide a certificate noting the item is inauthentic. We will provide you with a refund if the item is indeed inauthentic!
Please note that authentication from other marketplaces/platforms that deem the item as 'believed to be inauthentic,' or similar language, does not constitute as a third party authentication certificate, and will not be accepted by our CX team. Please reach out to accredited authentication services that are able to provide certificates of authenticity/inauthenticity.
Authentication callouts must also be made within 3 business days of receiving your item. Items with a 'Verified Seller' tags MUST NOT be removed if the product's authenticity is in doubt. If the tag is removed we can no longer honor any requests to verify authenticity, or honor any third party authentication, regardless of the third party's findings. We will also not be able to review for a return or refund, no matter the circumstance.
